After years of working together and living their dream life as a married couple, they found a second home for their family on Spain’s sunny coast. Since real estate is their shared passion and hobby, it was a logical step for them to bring their work to Spain. After purchasing their home there, they now spend part of their time in Spain while maintaining their real estate work and clients in Estonia.

By chance, they met the Espa Estates team on the Costa Blanca. After a brief introduction, they decided to establish a broader presence in Spain and offer comprehensive real estate services.

Having bought a property for their family in the Orihuela Costa area, Evelin and Lars experienced several challenges during the purchasing process. This gave them firsthand knowledge of what to pay attention to, how to handle certain situations, what to consider, and what to avoid. Since any mistake in such an important process in a foreign country can have significant repercussions, they aim to provide a thorough and transparent purchasing process, catering to the needs and expectations of demanding Estonian clients.
