Four active Estonian real estate agents have founded the real estate company Espa Estates in Spain, with the aim of providing full-service support to clients interested in properties on the Costa del Sol, whether for purchase or rental.

“Spanish real estate has been popular among Estonians for many years, and interest continues to grow,” explains Kristi Djomin, a real estate agent at Espa Estates. “However, it is evident that people need more assistance with this, as there are many differences between the Estonian and Spanish real estate markets.”
